    Greetings and Congratulations by your book The new Gold Standart, and now by “New opportunities for old and new customers” I am reading your book about Ritz Carlton concept, and yesterday I had the opportunity of celebrate with dinner with my family in this Hotel in Puerto Rico and to close the old year and beginning the new Year 2011, they are EXCELLENTS !!!
    and your apportation about that also !!!
