This is a great infographic. As a customer experience coach, I regularly speak about the value of showing gratitude to customers. Besides just being the right thing to do, there are other benefits. Neuroscientists tell us it makes them and you feel good, and it makes you and your business more memorable (see Dr. Daniel Kahneman’s peak-end rule). In fact, I have seen 10% higher NPS scores when customers are personally thanked than when they are not. What could be better? Being grateful is free and has all kinds of benefits both personally and for business. I plan to share this across social media and on my site. Thanks Joseph.
